We are currently offering FREE Home Delivery on all online orders delivered anywhere within the UK.
We will inform you when your order is dispatched. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Free In-store Collection
If you wish your online order to be delivered to one of our retail outlets in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, Aberdeen, Dundee or Perth, this will be free of charge. Just click on this option before checkout.
International Deliveries
We are happy to deliver to any international destination. Email us at enquiries@remnantkingsonline.co.uk and we can give you a price to deliver your order wherever you desire.

RETURNS POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy please let us know and we will take care of you straight away.
All products go through a rigorous quality control check before being dispatched. We have confidence in the quality of our products. However in the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us at enquiries@remnantkingsonline.co.uk. You will receive a returns number if the product is authorised for return. Please do not return products without authorisation and a return number.
Please check all packaging for damages before you sign for it with the courier. If damaged, please sign for it as damaged and contact us immediately. If packaging is accepted as perfect and yet has been damaged in transit, we will not be held responsible.
Products that you are not entirely satisfied with can be returned, at your cost, provided they are intact and the packaging is unopened.
We cannot accept returns on made-to-measure items or fabrics and trimmings cut to your required amount. These items are not eligible for return. We strongly advise you to use our measuring guides to ensure you are ordering the correct quantities.
Only in the event that made to measure items or cut fabrics are faulty can they be returned. They must be returned within 7 working days of dispatch to you, and only with a return number.
If the product is faulty, we will promptly either offer you a refund, an exchange or a credit note, depending on the relevant circumstances, together with our heartfelt apologies.
If the product is not deemed faulty, we will return it to you. We reserve the right to charge delivery costs to you in this instance.
